MTHELL - Za Sauce (5/10) - 150ml

Hot sauce and pizza are like cereal and milk: some things are just meant to go together. That's why we decided to replace your everyday hot sauce with this banger.

This sauce is made from scotch bonnet peppers processed into a purée with salt that we aged for 6 weeks. We then added apple cider vinegar, white wine vinegar, garlic, salt and a little xanthan gum to bind it all together... that's it. It's a simple sauce with a lot of flavor and depth. The kind of stuff you'll put on everything.
