A mild kimchi and garlic hot sauce combines tangy kimchi and savory garlic with a gentle heat, ideal for adding flavor without too much spice. Made from upcycled kimchi brine, we teamed up with Chesun, owner of Madame Kimchi in Montreal, to create the ultimate Korean hot sauce collaboration. It can be used as a marinade, dip, or topping for dishes.
