Autumn is synonymous with pumpkin, apple, and squash picking, colorful carrots, hot coffee on a chilly morning, and of course, harvesting fresh Quebec peppers. So guess what we did?

We've created the ultimate harvest hot sauce with the boldness of homemade cold brew, and added maple wood-smoked pumpkin, roasted butternut squash, and roasted Nantes carrots. We pureed apples and combined them with 18 varieties of fresh peppers harvested the very day of production.
