Since the company's inception, we've made it a tradition to release a fermented hot sauce on each anniversary. We constantly receive requests to have a sauce of this style in the range at all times, and guess what? We heard you and we listened.

Welcome to our fermented sauce made from a jalapeno mash. We then added white wine vinegar and a good amount of garlic. This sauce has aged for the last 8 months, giving it a lot of complexity and umami.

Pairings: Chicken Wings, Mac N Cheese, Cauliflower Wings, Hot Dogs, Chicken Wrap, Eggs, Popcorn, Everywhere Tabarnak
