Signage have been installed in the store to facilitate the flow and the respect of the 2-meter rules, please respect the physical distancing.

PHYSICAL BARRIERS

You will notice that plexiglass has been installed at various places. This is required by CNESST due to Covid-19 to ensure the safety of our staff and customers. We also had to restrict access to some areas of the store.

PHYSICAL PROTECTION

Barbers/Stylists are required to wear protective glasses or visors, a mask, and a disposable coverall when performing a service. We also encourage our staff and customers to wear a mask but it is not mandatory.

SAFETY

Be aware that we comply with the highest safety standards possible and all the CNESST requirements. We use a safe and effective disinfecting method and protocol to ensure the safety of our staff and customers. HAND WASHING IS MANDATORY when entering the store.

How can i book an appointement?

Do you serve any beverage or alchool?

Due to COVID-19, we are not allowed to serve any beverage or drinks to our customers anymore, it's sad but...it's a CNESST requirement
Can i come with a friend?

Due to COVID-19, our waiting area will be limited to 1 person only. So we ask you to come alone to your appointment until further notice. Adult with 1 kid will be tolerated if the kid is able to respect the 2-meter distancing requirements.
Do i need to do anything special due to Covid-19?

We ask you to:

-Cancel your appointment if you feel sick or if you have been in contact with a known case of covid-19 in the last 14 days

-Disinfect your hands when coming into the store at the front station

-Respect the 2 meters distancing and the signage

-Come to our appointment on time

-You can wear a mask if you want, its not mandatory for the customers and it will make it a bit difficult for the barber/stylist, but if you need to wear one we will to our best to work around it (no beard tough!)

-Cough in your elbow

-Be respectful of others
What measure do you have in place for safety due to Covid-19?

-Each customer need to disinfect their hands when coming in the store

-We will take the temperature of every customer that needs to get to the barber area (contactless)

-Our barbers/stylist must wear protective visors or glasses and a mask

-Our barbers/stylists must change their coverall between each customer

-We use 1 recyclable plastic capes per customers

-Our stations and chairs are disinfected with a dry fog of Environize Anolyte50 and wiped with Environize 500

-Our barbers/stylist much wash their hand between each customer and disinfect all their tools using barbicide

-Our Barbers have received a training specific to Covid-19 disinfection using barbicide

We strongly encourage you to book your next 3 barber appointments in advance. You can always move your appointment after, but at least you have a secured spot in our schedule.

Since we will need to allow more time per customer to adapt to the equipment restrictions and disinfection, we will be able to do fewer services per day!
